Why does audio editing and podcast production matter to me?

In part, because it’s what my business does. I’ve always enjoyed the audio world, the dials and buttons, everything that goes into making something sound really nice.

I even went to school for a short time to learn audio engineering, but my life took a different turn and I didn’t get to pursue that.

And then, podcasting came into my world!

I dove into podcast editing and production in 2012 and haven’t looked back since!

What a great opportunity to take that area of interest and the little bit of skill I had, and ramp it up!

And that’s what I did…

With the encouragement of a friend (Jason Wiser) I leapt into the entrepreneurial pool and started my own business – Podcast Fast Track.

And it’s been a fun, challenging, and powerfully liberating ride!

Podcast editing is what we do, so you don’t have to!

That’s our slogan. What we’re really selling is time (along with professional audio).

We want serious podcasters to be able to do what they do best – run their business and scale toward the future.

So we take care of all the audio issues for them. Seriously.

From the moment you hit “stop” on your recording and upload the file to Dropbox, we take over the entire podcast publication process (if you want us to).

We edit – optimize – tag – title – upload – and even produce show notes or transcriptions for your episode if you’d like – and post them directly to your website.

It can literally be a “set it and forget it” process for you.

That’s our goal – it goes way beyond podcast editing and production

So THAT is why I’m so interested in editing and production.

It’s my bread and butter.

It’s my toast and jam.

It’s what turns my crank.

It’s what provides the lifestyle and living I desire.

And it’s what enables me and my team to give you back your time so you can do what you truly want to do.
